Abstract
ABSTRACT This study investigates the impact of ISO 22000: 2018 Food Safety Management System (FSMS) implementation on the performance of food facilities with multiple production lines. A mixed-method approach was used to examine operational efficiency, product quality, and compliance with food safety standards in three distinct food manufacturing facilities. Detailed statistical analysis was conducted to assess changes in key performance indicators before and after the implementation of ISO 22000: 2018. The findings reveal significant improvements in production efficiency and reduction in non-compliance incident. This research contributes to the existing body of knowledge on FSMS implementation in complex manufacturing environments and offers practical insights for food industry professionals.
