Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of cognitive behavioral intervention on angina pectoris and negative emotional for patients with myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 60 cases of myocardial infarction patients were divided into observation group and control group.Control group was given conventional nursing,and observation group was given cognitive behavior intervention on the basis of control group.Two groups were compared with angina attack and negative emotion.Results Angina pectoris attack (AF),angina pectoris in steady state (AS) in observation group were significantly better than those in control group (P < 0.05 ).The improvement of negative emotion in observation group was significantly better than that in control group ( P < 0.05 ).Conclusions Cognitive behavioral intervention is help to ease in coronary heart disease patients with adverse psychological,enhance their coping skills,improve the quality of life.
