Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the impact of vocational values on job application and career decision after beauty brand education, focusing on Juno Academy graduates. A survey was conducted among 300 graduates, and the data were analyzed using SPSS for frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis. The results showed that intrinsic and extrinsic vocational values significantly influence career decisions and job application. Specifically, intrinsic values had a stronger positive impact on self-analysis and retraining willingness, while both intrinsic and extrinsic values positively affected career competency. These findings suggest that systematic beauty brand education, such as that provided by Juno Academy, positively shapes vocational values, enhancing job satisfaction and long-term career decisions. Consequently, beauty education programs should emphasize developing intrinsic values to foster more satisfied and committed professionals in the beauty industry.
