Abstract

The subject lacks practical use correctly, and also unlike some sources and studies in the extent of developing short-term speed tolerance, here the research problem emerged in trying to use the researcher for the iterative method, which contributes to improving the speed endurance of the effectiveness of running (100 m) through the size required by this effectiveness to achieve good results, The aim of the research is to identify the impact of the iterative method in the development of speed and in the assumptions statistical significance between the pre-and post-tests to withstand the speed and the researcher used the experimental approach to suit the nature of the research and the research community was students of the Open Educational College and the researcher chose them a sample of (10) students and either conclusion There was a clear improvement in the development of speed tolerance and moral differences. The researcher recommended emphasising the use of repetitive training and other training methods.
