Abstract
目的 探讨点对点质量管理的方法对护理质量管理的作用.方法 采用点对点的管理方式,对护理质量缺陷进行分析,找出质控点,制定针对性的整改措施,对护理质量问题进行专项质控,并跟踪检查实施效果,直至护理质量问题得到解决为止.结果 护理质量问题得到了较好的解决,护理安全管理工作得到进一度落实.结论 点对点的专项质控方法对护理质量管理有持续改进的作用。
