The effects of project management on the quality of nursing management in the operating room

Abstract

Objective To use the theory and method of project management system to improve the quality of nursing management in the operation room,guide department nursing quality management work into the standardization,institutionalized track.Methods The existing problems were summarized in the department through using the method of questionnaire investigation,by detailed classification for operation room,public knowledge,knowledge of each specialty problems,public knowledge of each problem set clear who is in charge of the project,special operation process,special equipment,precision instruments and so on.College leader,deputy leader of project management for the responsible person were in charge of the project stricdy repeated training,unified norms or standards,assessment,monitoring and evaluation of the implementation process and evaluated the final effects.Results Before and after the implementation of project management,operation with the satisfaction degree increased from 81.15％ to 93.58％.Conclusions Project management division of content and implementation process can accelerate the growth of low seniority nurses ; people management responsibility thinning problem as every moment every corner ooeration room have monitors in monitoring their behavior,and to make up the defect brought by machine monitor.It is an effective means to promote quality management.
