Abstract

The article explores the prospects of increasing the efficiency of commercial and innovative potential of secondary dairy resources market in the Republic of Belarus on the basis of cluster and network environment formation. The potential competitive benefits of cluster and network stratification at the level of organizations, industries and national economy in general are characterized. The network concept of business environment clustering in the sphere of secondary dairy resources usage in the Republic of Belarus has been proposed. The scheme of the formal organization of processes and the interaction order of potential cluster and network environment participants at various stages of network concept implementation is represented.
