Abstract

The number of adults, graduating a program of a technical university lasting more than a year, doesn’t exceed 67%. The research (Ishkov, 2013) shows that the success of human educational activity correlates with the level and the structure of the self-organization. The aim of the research is to disclose the features of self-organization of successful studying adults.A psychologicalquestionnaire was used as method of research. Its results were analysed. Subjects - adults, graduated from Moscow State University of Civil Engineering. The research showed that Correction was the basic component of successful studying adults’ self-organization. It provides the quality of professional activity in rapidly changing environment. The other components of self-organization (Goal-setting, Conditions-analysis, Planning, Self-control, Will-power) are connected through Correction.
