Abstract
The aim of the study is to study the influence of conflict situations on the quality of professional activity of paramedical workers. Results. In the course of the research work, special literature was studied, the opinion of patients about the level of quality of medical services provided was determined, indicators of the quality of working life of nursing personnel and the impact of conflicts on them were analyzed, the reasons for the occurrence of conflict situations in the studied departments were identified. Conclusion. Research work has made it possible to prove that conflict situations affect the quality of professional activity, and the development of a conflict in a team is associated with its moral and psychological climate.
