Abstract
Distribution of indium(III), lanthanum(III) and bismuth(III) between sulphuric acid solutions and solutions of di-(2-ethylhexyl)-phosphoric acid (DEHPA) in kerosene has been investigated. The organic phases have been studied by i.r. and NMR spectroscopy. The mechanism of the extractions is discussed.
