Abstract
目的 研究非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中脆弱性组氨酸三联体(FHIT)、细胞周期素D1(cyclinD1)、细胞周期蛋白依赖激酶4(CDK4)的表达与NSCLC发生发展的关系.方法 采用免疫组化(S-P)法检测NSCLC标本81例.结果 FHIT、cyclinD1、CDK4在正常组织及NSCLC中的表达差异有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).FHIT表达与分化程度有相关性(P＜0.01).cyclinD1、CDK4表达与TNM分期相关(P＜0.01,P＜0.05).FHIT-、cyclinD1+、CDK4+组与FHIT+、cyclinD1-、CDK4-组相比,在正常组织与NSCLC中表达有差异(P＜0.05),且与分化程度及TNM分期有相关性.结论 FHIT、cyclinD1、CDK4是非小细胞肺癌发生发展的分子机制之一;联合分析FHIT、cyclinD1、CDK4比单独应用各指标对研究NSCLC的发生发展更有价值。
