Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of estrogen receptor (ER) ,progesterone receptor (PR), HER-2 and p53 in endometrial carcinoma. Methods The immunohis-tostaining of 162 cases of endometrial carcinoma was detected for ER, PR, HER-2 and 1053 expression, and the relationship between histological grade, depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis was analyzed. Results In 162 cases of endometrial carcinoma, the positive rate of ER, PR, HER2 and p53 was 53.7% ,61.1%, 18.5% and 33. 3% ,respectly. The expression of ER and PR was related to the histological grade or endometrial adeno-carcinoma,but without relationship to the invnsive depth and lymph node metastasis. The expression of HER-2 and p53 was related the invasive depth, and HER-2 expression was related lymph node metastasis. Conclusion The detection of ER, PR, HER-2 and p53 expression in endometrial carcinoma helped to access the prognosis and formulate individualized treatment programs.
