Abstract
In recent years,with the constant expansion of medical university,young teachers occupy a large proportion.Their training quality is directly related to the development of the school and affects the quality of the medical students.Therefore,strengthening and paying more attention to the training of young teachers undoubtedly become real issues of colleges and universities,Colleges and universities should enforce the construction of teachers' team from the aspects of educational philosophy,policy,system,etc.And improve the intelligence structure and comprehensive ability through many forms and multi-channel training of young teachers as soon as possible.
