Abstract

Abstract In this study, university students career decision efficacy through group counseling program to verify the effectiveness of group counseling program in the future career development of students and the university's career guidance aims to be the basis of the direction of the setting. Verification results first college career counseling program has not been applied to the experimental group compared to the control group, the level of efficacy was improved career decision.
