Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of negative emotions on self -rated health of patient with chronic heart failure , to pro-vide the basis for clinical rehabilitation.Methods SDS, SAS and SRHMS were applied to assess 80 patients with chronic heart failure , the effects were compared with 80 cases of healthy persons .Results (1) The scores of SDS, SAS of patients were higher than those of health-y persons (P〈0.01) .(2) The score of SRHMS of the patient was lower than that of healthy persons (P〈0.01) .(3) There was nega-tive correlation between SRHMS and SDS , SAS ( r=-0.339--0.373 , P〈0.01 ) .Conclusions Self-rated health condition of the patient with chronic heart failure was lower , anxiety depression emotions can affect the level of SRHMS , in the clinical treatment , the patient with chronic heart failure should be gotten help to remove the negative emotions , improve the level of psychological health.
