Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the clinical treatment effects of ophthalmology.Methods From January 2012 to February 2012,280 patients ophthalmic operation were randomly divided into experimental group and control groups with 150 cases and 130 cases respectively.The control group received routine cares,and experimental group received psychological nursing intervention.The SF-36 scores of the two groups of patients for treatment evaluation and quality of life after 1 and 6 weeks after eye surgery were compared.Results Patients in the experimental group produced a day and after six weeks of psychological anxiety state were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05),the postoperative weeks anxiety levels after surgery was significantly lower (P <0.05) one day after surgery,six dimension scores of life quality in experimental group were all higher than those in control group (P <0.05).After six weeks'follow-up,the six dimension scores were all higher than one day after surgery in experimental group,and the scores of physical fitness and psychological health were higher than one day after surgery in control group (P < 0.05).Conclusions Effective nursing intervention according patients'psychological characteristics can not only ease the patient~ impatience psychological mood,but also strengthen eye patients'postoperative recovery.
