The effect of psychological care on postoperative anxiety, rehabilitation in Peri operation period of neural interventional therapy

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of psychological care on postoperative anxiety,rehabilitation in peri operation period of neural interventional therapy.Methods A total of 68 patients with interventional therapy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given psychological care on the basis of the control group,two groups were compared with postoperative anxiety and rehabilitation effect.Results In the observation group,postoperative anxiety was significantly improved than before the operation (P ＜ 0.05 ),the improvement was significantly better than that in the control group (P ＜0.05 ).the neural function defect score,GOS prognosis and the incidence of complications,satisfaction degree on nursing quality in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions Psychological nursing intervention can improve the patients ’mental capacity,reduce anxiety,and improve the treatment effect.
