Abstract

Objective To explore the implementation of psychological nursing intervention for eccyesis in patients, observe and analyze its influence of anxiety and postoperative complications prevention. Methods In our hospital, a total of 238 patients with eccyesis were randomly divided into two groups on average: control group (routine nursing) and intervention group (routine nursing and psychological nursing). The comparison of the two groups before treatment and after the intervention had been organized for postoperative complications and anxiety scores. Results Before nursing intervention, the score of SAS had no statistical significance between two groups (t=0.571, P>0.05). After nursing intervention, the SAS score of intervention group was (15.41±7.10) lower than (29.67±6.17) in the control group (t=12.671, P<0.05). There was 13 incidences of complication in the observation group, apparently lower than 48 incidences in the control group (χ2=4.76, P<0.05). Conclusions The psychological nursing intervention for eccyesis patients can effectively relieve anxiety, and the cooperation degree of surgery, reduc\e the incidence of complication, and promote recovery.
