Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative psychological nursing on psychological stress in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting. Methods 144 patients with coronary heart disease who received CABG in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group received routine perioperative nursing, and the observation group received perioperative psychological nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. Psychological stress, resilience, and physiological stress were measured at 7 days before operation, 1 day before operation, and 7 days after operation. Results At 1 day before operation, the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were (7.85±1.15) and (7.96±0.86), which were significantly lower than those of the control group (P 0.05); the high satisfaction rate of the observation group was 87.5%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (63.9%) (P<0.05). Conclusion Perioperative psychological nursing can effectively reduce the psychological stress of patients with coronary heart disease undergoing CABG, which is beneficial to increasing the patients' treatment compliance and postoperative recovery.
