Abstract
Objective To study the application effect of psychological nursing in preoperative interview in department of ophthalmology patients with local anesthesia.Methods Eighty patients with local anesthesia in department of ophthalmology were divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each group,the control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was strengthen psychological nursing care in preoperative interview,two groups were compared with psychological,physiological stress response.Results Anxiety,depression score,heart rate,blood pressure,norepinephrine (NE),epinephrine (E) concentrations 30 min before the operation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Psychological nursing in preoperative interview can relieve psychological,physiological stress response of local anesthesia operation patients in department of ophthalmology.It is conducive to the rehabilitation of postoperative patients.
