Abstract

目的 探讨围生期高危因素对学龄前儿童行为及智力的影响.方法取4~7岁有围生期高危因素的儿童74例为观察组,正常同龄儿童120例为对照组.采用Achenbach儿童行为量表,家庭社会情况及儿童健康情况问卷,部分病例并采用韦氏智力量表检查智商.结果有围生期高危因素的儿童行为问题检出率为24.32%,正常儿童行为问题检出率为11.67%,差异有显著意义(P<0.01).两组内向行为问题分值差异无显著意义(P>0.05),外向问题分值差异有显著意义(P<0.01).两组智商比较,对照组高于观察组(P<0.01).结论围生期的高危因素对儿童在学龄前的行为及智力发育有严重的影响。
