Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of the nursing intervention on postpartum depression of primipara. Methods A total of 100 normal full-term primipara were randomly divided into intervention group and the control with 50 cases in each group. Control group took conventional care, intervention group adopted comprehensive nursing intervention.The incidence rates of postpartum depression were compared in the two groups. Results In 50 patients in the intervention group, 3 cases appeared postpartum depression, the incidence rate was 6%, but 20 cases appeared postpartum depression in the control group, the incidence rate was 40%. There were differences significantly in the incidence rate of postpartum depression comparison of the two groups. Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the depressed mood, reduce postpartum depression,and help to establish a more positive included a healthy state of mind, therefore, it is worth for promotion.
