Methods A total of 97 patients with gastroduodenal ulcer treated in this hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were selected as research subjects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into the intervention group with 49 cases and control group with 48 cases. The patients of the control group was given routine care.On the basis of routine nursing, the intervention group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The nutritional status and quality of life of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results After nursing intervention, the contents of transferrin and serum albumin in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P 0.05). After nursing intervention, the score of quality of life in the intervention group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After the intervention, the complication rate of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The 1-year recovery rate of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The length of stay in the intervention group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The satisfaction degree of patients in the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).
