Abstract
In order to explore the relationship between big data analytics capability, organizational learning capability and innovation capability, this study used 298 valid questionnaires of manufacturing industry to validate the proposed hypotheses through structural equation model. The study shows that the big data analytics technology, management, talent and predictive capabilities have significant impact on organizational learning capability. Organizational learning capability has a significant impact on both technological and non-technological innovation capabilities. In addition, organizational learning capability plays a significant mediation role between big data analytics technology, management, talent, predictive capabilities and technological, non-technological innovation capabilities. Moreover, organizational learning capability plays a complete mediation role between big data analytics technology capability and technological innovation capability.
