Abstract
The research aims to develop an educational programme for visual intervention in handball based on the PETTLEP model, as well as to assess the impact of the educational programme for visual intervention in handball based on the PETTLEP model on developing students' kinesthetic perception in handball. The second is in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - Al-Qasim Green University for the academic year (2022-2023). The kinesthetic perception tests (perceiving the place, perceiving the distance) were used with a hand reel, and the visual intervention programme (PETTLEP) was used on the experimental sample, and the number of sessions was (10), by (2) sessions per week for two days (Sunday, Tuesday), the educational unit time was (90) minutes, and the statistical bag (SPSS) was used to process the results. The study concluded that the visual intervention educational programme (PETTLEP) was effective in developing awareness of place and distance with handball among second-stage students. The researchers make several recommendations, the most important of which is to use the visual intervention programme (PETTLEP) to diagnose weaknesses in sensory-motor perception abilities in handball.
