Abstract
Objective To analyze the mechanism of the spontaneous rupture of an gravid uterus in mid trimester of pregnancy, so as to reduce the damage of the expectant mother. Methods The study retrospectively analyzed 6 cases of the rupture of the uterus treated in my hospital recently, and mainly discussed the related reasons, diagnosis and treatment. Results All the six cases had entorrhagia differently, and need blood transfusion overall, five of them developed to hemorrhagic but all the fetus were dead inevitably. In the operations, we discovered four cases had placenta hominis. Conclusion The reasons of rupture may be resulted of scar uterus,uterine malformation, hypoplasia of uterus, placenta percreta, et al. B-ultrasonography associated with abdominal paracentesis can help final diagnosis significantly. Key words: The rupture of the uterus; Diagnosis; Operation; B-ultrasonography
