Abstract

Financial crisis has brought about serious challenges for human resource management of enterprises in China. Based on analyzing the new problems faced by human resource management of Chinese enterprises in the context of financial crisis, and combining with the human resource strategies of China's largest e-commerce enterprises - Alibaba Group response to the financial crisis, the paper pointed out that Chinese enterprises should adjust the relevant management strategies, enhance the loyalty and trust of employees according to changes of internal and external environment from aspects of the dynamic allocation of human resources, salary structure, employee training, labor relations and others, eventually enhance the performance management and achieve long-term development of enterprises.
