Abstract

In the long history of enterprise development, whether it can stand on the market and realize sustainable development is closely related to its human resource management. As the representative of the core strength of an enterprise, human resource management plays an important role in the process of enterprise development. With the intensification of market competition, the human resource management and risk management of enterprises become more and more important, so that many enterprises give priority to them. Enterprise human resource management provides strong support and guarantee for the survival and development of enterprises. However, with the ever-changing internal and external environment of enterprises, enterprise human resource management faces various risks at any time. As the core resource of an enterprise, human resources are more easily affected by internal and external environmental factors than other resources, which makes the practice of human resources management deviate from the expected goal. This paper discusses the risks and control measures of human resources management in human enterprises based on the risk early warning model.
