Abstract
护理质量是指护理人员表现出的专业形象是否具有其特性,是否有助于提高护理对象的生命质量以及护理工作的成效[1].保证与评价护理质量一直是护理管理者研究的课题.很多调查指出,护理质量改进具有重要意义.根据美国医学部的报道(人性本错,即人有犯错误倾向),在美国每年有44 000～98 000名患者死于医疗护理差错.美国医学部描述医疗护理质量现状为质量的鸿沟,可见护理质量改进任重道远[2,3]。
