Abstract

The purpose of this research were: 1) to design and development e-training system for government officers Bangkok metropolitan administration (BMA), Thailand. 2) to evaluate online training courses and e-training system for BMA government officers. 3) to evaluate the government officers opinion who training via online training courses on e-training system. The sampling were 451 government officers during the training year 2018, the Bangkok metropolitan administration, Thailand The research instruments of the study were: 1) interview form 2) BMA e-training system 3) online training courses 4) the evaluation form for e-training system 5) the opinions questionnaire. Data were analyzed by using mean, standard deviation statistics. The research finding were as follows: 1. The design and development e-training system for government officers Bangkok metropolitan administration (BMA) composed of 7 components: 1) audience 2) content courses 3) digital media production 4) learning environment 5) cloud system network 6) evaluation 7) 6 steps of training process; orientation, learning content, activities, communications, evaluation. was approved by the experts. 2. The e-training system for government officers Bangkok metropolitan administration, Bangkok was evaluated and approved by 5 experts has a at the level of high quality (mean = 4.28, SD = 0.11) content (mean = 4.30, S.D = 0.21), design (mean = 4.20, S.D = 0.44), usability (mean = 4.30, S.D = 0.46) 3. The government officers opinion who training via online training courses on e-training system was at good level (mean = 4.07, SD = 0.79) content (mean = 4.10, S.D = 0.81), activities (mean = 4.08, S.D = 0.84), evaluation (mean = 3.99, S.D = 0.79), design (mean = 3.96, S.D = 0.83), usability (mean = 4.14, S.D = 0.78, benefit (mean = 4.15, S.D = 0.71).
