Abstract

For a long time, the theory and practice of urban land and urban transit planning only pay attention to the demand on urban rail transit from land, but not sufficiently consider the reaction of traffic on the site. Recently, the relationship between urban land use and urban transit becomes more and more attention by the scholars. During the process of the modification of urban space layout, it is very necessary that the industry layout and the layout of public facilities will be adjusted synchronously. That is to say that housing and working position will be matched on the aspects of scale, distribution, structure, etc, by the mode of mix-use land. To achieve the goal, the character of land use and urban land development intensity along urban rail transit, as two key elements, should be planned and controlled.
