Abstract
the dedicated Real-Time Data Transmission Network between the Regional Control Centers and the National Control Center of Electricité de France is star-structured packet switching network with fast throughout delay.Two types of informations are exchanged on that network : elementary information on the status of generation and energy transmission system and calculation results concerning economic and security assessments on electric network.
