The Creation for Tutorial Studio at the College of Basic Education (PAAET – Kuwait): Major Requirements: Descriptive Study

Abstract

The establishment of the unit studio educational within the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training in the College of Basic Education, one of the important objectives that seek descriptive study to be presented, and therefore the primary objective of this study provide many theories descriptive on the provision of the main axes on the definition of the importance of the studio educational components of the television educational and movies educational and satellite as part of the axis of the educational role of the Public Authority for Applied Education and training in Kuwait, and the role of the College of Basic Education in this regard. And comes in the framework of an integrated explanation of the components of the educational components of the main elements of the education studio, especially with regard to the following points: - Educational Television - Educational films - Educational channels - Production of educational programs - The educational components of the educational studio - Video tutorial - Television broadcasting networks - Tutorial studio Recommendations of the study: - Illustrated by the study provided the great importance of the need to apply the studio educational within the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training , and in particular, within the College of Basic Education is the IT department of education is the competent authority capable of setting standards and technical foundations and technique to create the studio 's educational body . - As seen through descriptive study that studio tutorial consists of integrated modules include all the studio educational, and units for the production of educational films, equipment and technique relies on multiple computing devices and other equipment. Through the study provided the researcher recommends the following actions: - Processing of the building equipped technically appropriate to the nature of the educational work of the studio, including rooms' montage and sound insulation and lighting. - Expedite the provision of appropriate hardware in the studio educational including imaging devices - lighting - Montage - Audio - electrical wiring - backup power generators - electronic computing devices, devices video tutorial special offer, registration and conservation. - Subscribe via local TV channel to display the hours of study for students of Applied Education Authority. - The use of local and international expertise in the creation of the former studio of education in universities. - Contracting with functional expertise capable of managing technical workers and appropriate technical. يعد إنشاء وحدة الأستوديو التعليمي داخل الهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي والتدريب في کلية التربية الأساسية أحد الأهداف الهامة التي تسعى الدراسة الوصفية لتقديمها، وبالتالي فإن الهدف الأساسي من هذه الدراسة توفير العديد من النظريات الوصفية بشأن تقديم المحاور الأساسية حول تعريف أهمية الأستوديو التعليمي ومکوناته من التليفزيون التعليمي والأفلام التعليمية والأقمار الصناعية وذلک في إطار محور الدور التربوي للهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي والتدريب في الکويت، ودور کلية التربية الأساسية في هذا الصدد. ويتأتى ذلک في إطار شرح متکامل لمکونات المکونات التعليمية الرئيسية لعناصر الأستوديو التعليمي، وخاصة فيما يتعلق المحاور التالية: - التلفزيون التعليمي - الأفلام التعليمية - القنوات التعليمية - إنتاج البرامج التعليمية - المکونات التعليمية من الأستوديو التعليمي - الفيديو التعليمي - شبکات البث التليفزيوني - الأستوديو التعليمي يتضح من خلال الدراسة المقدمة الأهمية الکبيرة لضرورة تطبيق الأستوديو التعليمي داخل الهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي والتدريب، وبوجه خاص داخل کلية التربية الأساسية ويعد قسم تکنولوجيا التعليم هو الجهة المختصة القادرة على وضع المعايير والأسس الفنية والتقنية لإنشاء الأستوديو التعليمي في الهيئة. - کما يتضح من خلال الدراسة الوصفية أن الأستوديو التعليمي يتکون من وحدات متکاملة تشمل کل من الأستوديو التعليمي، ووحدات لإنتاج الأفلام التعليمية، وتجهيزات تقنية متعددة تعتمد على أجهزة الحاسبات والتجهيزات الأخرى. ومن خلال الدراسة المقدمة يوصي الباحث بالإجراءات الآتية: - تجهيز المبنى تجهيزا فنيا مناسبا لطبيعة عمل الأستوديو التعليمي بما يشمل غرف المونتاج والعزل الصوتي والإضاءة - الإسراع بتوفير الأجهزة المناسبة في الأستوديو التعليمي بما يشمل أجهزة التصوير – الإضاءة – المونتاج – الصوت – التمديدات الکهربائية – مولدات الطاقة الاحتياطية – أجهزة الحاسبات الإلکترونية – أجهزة الفيديو التعليمي الخاصة بالعرض والتسجيل والحفظ - الاشتراک عبر قناة تليفزيونية محلية لعرض ساعات دراسية لطلاب التعليم التطبيقي بالهيئة - الاستعانة بالخبرات المحلية والدولية السابقة في إنشاء الأستوديو التعليمي في الجامعات التعاقد مع الخبرات الوظيفية القادرة على إدارة العمال الفنية والتقنية المناسبة
