درجة توافر الكفايات الإدارية والفنية لدى قادة المدارس الابتدائية بمحافظة الطائف من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الکشف عن درجة توافر الکفايات الإدارية والفنية لدى قادة المدارس الابتدائية بمحافظة الطائف من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتکون مجتمع الدراسة من (440) مشرفا تربويا، وعينة الدراسة من (401) مشرفا تربويا، طبقت عليهم استبانة لجمع البيانات، وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة توافر الکفايات الإدارية والفنية لدى قادة المدارس الابتدائية في محافظة الطائف من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين جاءت بدرجة کبيرة، وبمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.46)، وان درجة توفر الکفايات الادارية جاءت بدرجة کبيرة وبمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.51)، في حين درجة توفر الکفايات الفنية جاءت بدرجة متوسطة وبمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.38)، وأشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05≥α ) على مجالات أداة الدراسة تبعا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح فئة البکالوريوس، ولمتغير سنوات الخبرة لصالح فئة 5-10سنوات، وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعا لمتغيري الدورات التدريبية والتخصص، وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة تعاون قادة المدارس مع المعلمين في إثراء المنهج بما يحقق الأهداف التربوية، وبناء جداول المواصفات، وتحليل المحتوى التعليمي للمقررات الدراسية، وتنفيذ مواقف صفية تطبيقية من قبل قادة المدارس في مجال تخصصهم. The study aimed to identify the Degree of administrative and technical competencies availability among the leaders of primary schools in Taif Governorate from educational supervisors’ point of view. The researcher used descriptive approach. The study population consisted of (440) educational supervisors and the sample was (401) educational supervisors, and a questionnaire to collect data from the sample of study. The results showed that the degree of availability of administrative and technical competencies among primary school leaders in Taif governorate from the point view of educational supervisors was high with mean of (3.46), The results showed that the degree of availability of administrative and technical competencies among the leaders of primary schools in Taif governorate from the point of view of educational supervisors came to a great extent with an average of (3.46). Also the degree of availability of administrative competencies was high with mean of (3.51) warless the technical competencies came in a moderate degree with mean of (3.38). The results indicated that there were statistically significant differences at the level of (α 0.05) Study according to the variable of qualification in favor of bachelor's degree, also for a variable of experience in favor of 5-10 years, the study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences due to the variables of training courses and the specialization. The study recommends that school leaders cooperate with teachers to enrich the curriculum in order to achieve the educational goals, also in building the specifications tables, and to analyze the educational content of the courses and implement classroom positions applied by school leaders in their field.
