Abstract
This study aimed to identify the application of Islamic boarding school culture, analyze the character traits of the santri, and measure the correlation between pesantren culture and the character development of santri at Al Fattah Siman Islamic Boarding School. This research used a quantitative correlational approach with a simple random sampling method, involving 25 participants. Data were collected using a questionnaire and documentation methods. The validity of the instrument was tested using the Product Moment Correlation formula, while reliability was assessed with the Spearman-Brown formula. Data analysis was conducted using percentage formulas and Product Moment Correlation. The results indicated that: (1) Pesantren culture was rated as "Good Enough," with a percentage score of 68.9%; (2) The character development of santri was rated as "Good," with a percentage score of 71.3%; and (3) A positive correlation was found between pesantren culture and the character development of santri, as evidenced by the Product Moment Correlation results.
