Abstract

In present article the concept of creation and introduction a high-quality and complex servicing system of cargo transportation and multimodal cargo flows on the basis integration participants in transport chain, safety methodology and stability life-cycle of transport-logistical processes is offered. The existing approach in sphere of transport-logistical servicing is added by the innovative approach based on use five levels model of provision complex safety in delivery chains at the operative control expense, and also participants integration of cargo delivery chain into a uniform information field for steady freight consumer’s traffic servicing.
