Abstract
International road transportation organization contains a lot of issues, such as automobile border control regulations, collisions, lack of goods transportation safety warranties, customs clearance issues etc. Moreover, justification of the auto transport contracts legal nature, it's contents and involved parties responsibilities requires the following revision. Russian legislation does not provide a complete assertion, legal support and warranties to the local freight forwarders working for international market.
