Abstract
One evening it suddenly started to pour. The house of Ma Chun-p'ing [1A] - third woman's production team leader of Ch'eng Kuan Commune, Shen Tse Hsien, Hopei Province - was leaking. This child was crying that her quilt was wet, that one was yelling that her clothes were wet. Ma Chun-p'ing pulled on her clothes and got ready to go up on her roof to mend the leak. Suddenly she thought of the team's ditch of potato buds for planting.
