Abstract
Objective To explore the status quo of pre-hospital first aid training for the special crowd, and improve their first-aid capabilities. Methods A questionnaire survey was used to investigate 92 special persons. Results The degree of first aid related knowledge necessity and training the cognition degree of interest was higher. The correlation between first aid knowledge cognition and self-evaluation was analyzed,the difference was significantly. Conclusions Currently special crowd in our city(fire fight warrior, people's policeman, security officers)first aid knowledge and technical ability level and self-evaluation were lower, so in the medical science college the training of first aid knowledge is necessary for special crowd.
