The clinical study of changes on coagulation mechanism of acute period of cerebral apoplexy

Abstract

Objective To study the change regularity of coagulation mechanism of acute period of cerebral apoplexy in order to provide evidence for the treatment of acute period of cerebral apoplexy. Methods 47 examples acute period of cerebral apoplexy patients from December 2007 to February 2008 in my courtyard treatment was observation group, at the same time, 45 examples normal healthy person were selected as the control group. The coagulation system and fibrinolytic system of all the persons were tested. And the coagulation system and fibrinolytic system were tested at the first, third, seveth day. Then the levels were compared and studied. Results Atfter the research, to was found that the coagulation system and fibrinolytic system both had larger variety,P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜ 0.01, and the difference had statistical significance. Conclusion The clinical study of changes on coagulation mechanism of acute period of cerebral apoplexy can provide evidence for the treatment of acute period of cerebral apoplexy and improve the curative effect, is worth further studying.
