Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL) treatment of ureteral calculi with intravenous urography real-time positioning Methods May 2008 to April 2009,31 patients with clinical diagnosis of ureteral calculi with intravenous urography examination using realtime understanding of the secretory function of the kidney,stone location and degree of obstruction in its positioning EWSL treatment,to observe the effect.Results 1 case of ureteral stones,in addition to three cases of the stones wrapped diverted to open surgery,the rest have achieved satisfactory results.Conclusion Intravenous urography using real-time positioning EWSL treatment is good for lower ureteral stones in a reliable treatment methods.
