Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of treadmill exercise test in the diagnosis of coronary artery disease. Methods 137 patients with chest pain,chest distress and palmus but without the change of ECG were selected.Treadmill exercise test was used. Results 78 patients were positive and the positive rate was 56.9%,while the negative rate was 43.1%. Conclusion Treadmill exercise test could improve the diagnosis rate and sensitivity rate of coronary artery disease.It plays an important clinical significance in the diagnosis and treatment of coronary artery disease.
