Abstract
The leafhopper Tautoneura polymitusa (Oh & Jung, 2016) (Hemiptera: Cicadellidae), which has been described very recently in South Korea, is reported as a new adventive species for the fauna of the Republic of Moldova. This species had already been detected in Europe in 2010-2012 in northern Italy, Spain, western Slovenia and Hungary, and in 2019 it was also observed on the territory of Ukraine and Russia. T. polymitusa has a limited distribution in the Republic of Moldova and was collected on the light traps in the north of the country.
