Abstract

The paper presents the results of research on the seasonal dynamics of the mineral forms of nitrogen and phosphorus (ammonium nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen and mineral phosphorus) in the waters of the river Bâc according to the hydrological regime and the degree of anthropogenic impact. The year 2021 is marked with the maximum amount of annual precipitation recorded during the whole period of meteorological-climatic measurements, and this fact determined the hydrological regime with rich flows during the year. The aim of the research was to establish the degree of anthropogenic impact of urban settlements on the river under the conditions of a special hydrological regime. The research results confirm the advanced degree of pollution of the river with mineral forms of nitrogen and phosphorus, and the urban centers in the river valley - Calarasi, Straseni, Chisinau and Anenii Noi, are the main sources of pollution.
