Abstract

The study aimed to identify the availability degree of the requirements of administrative creativity in the school of the future within the Green Line in light of global experiences from the point of view of school principals and teachers, and to identify the impact of gender, scientific qualification, and job title. The descriptive survey methodology was used. The tool was a questionnaire, distributed to the sample of the study. All school principals and teachers north of the Green Line were selected, so that the total sample (419) principals and teachers, and the results showed that the requirements of the school in the future were met in the future, and that the results showed that the requirements of the school were available in the future. Schools within the Green Line in light of the global experiences of administrative creativity from their point of view on the tool as a whole were high, and the results showed the absence of statistically significant differences due to variables (gender, scientific qualification, job title and all fields.
