Abstract

The study aimed to identify the role of school preparatory principals in the Triangle District within The Green Line in professionally developing teachers and its relationship to improving the educational process from the teachers' point of view.The correlational descriptive methodology was used. The study sample consisted of (336) teachers in preparatory schools who were chosen using simple random method, and the questionnaire was used as a study tool.The results showed that the role of school principals in The Triangle District within the Green Line from the teachers’ point of view came medium, the degree of improvement of the educational process in those schools came medium, and the presence of a positive correlation between the role of preparatory school principals in The Triangle District within the Green Line in the development of teachers professionally and improving the educational process in those schools from the teachers point of view.The study recommended conducting training courses in professional development in aspects other than the learning and teaching process.
