Abstract

The study aimed at identifying the role of principals in developing students life leadership skills from the point view of principals and teachers within the green line, as well as its differences according to demographic variables. A survey descriptive methodology using survey method was used to collect data from the research sample which was chossen randomly. The research sample consisted of (432) principals and teachers in the North Regions. The results revealed that the total level of the leadership and its kills were moderate (management skills, social skills, emotional skills, perception skills). Additionally, the results indicated that there were significant differences in life leadership skills for job title among teachers, unlike other variables such as sex and school level.
