Abstract

The anomalous Hall effects in highly disordered SmCo5 films 14–204nmthick have been studied systematically. Owing to the weak localization effect, in the samples thicker than 14nm, we find a logarithmic temperature dependence in both the longitudinal resistivity ρxx(T) and the hall resistivity ρAH(T) at low temperatures. We calculate the weak localization correction to the conductance.
