Abstract

This paper, on the basis of the references and the process model of the knowledge transfer, constructs the conceptual model of factors affecting knowledge transfer between teachers and students of colleges and universities and brings up the corresponding assumption. There are five factors in this paper, including the characteristic of knowledge sender, knowledge characteristic, knowledge transferring channels, the characteristic of knowledge recipient and the transferring environment. This article also discusses how these factors affect the effect of knowledge transfer. The purpose of this article is that promoting the knowledge transfer between teachers and students of colleges and universities, improving the effect of knowledge transfer, in order to enable the students to gain more knowledge, so as to foster more community people.
