Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of effects on squat exercise in combination with hip adduction on electromyography(EMG) signal. The experiment was conducted with a total of 20 adults, and they were divide into two groups: control group(n=10) and experimental group(n=10). In this study, the subjects of the control group performed the general squat exercise five times a week, for four weeks. The subjects of the experimental group performed the squat exercise in combination with hip adduction five times a week, for four weeks. The analysis were evaluated by EMG signal, respectively. The results of this study were as follow: 1) Squat exercise in combination with hip adduction revealed the significant improvements after corresponding exercise in EMG signal. 2) There were no significances between the two group.
